Church Building

You may have noticed that we meet at the First Congregational Church in Newington on Main Street. We are getting closer and closer to having our own building of worship through God’s grace and the efforts of many dedicated individuals.

Television

We are blessed to have the opportunity to serve God throughout the communities of Connecticut through our TV Ministry. We record Sabbath sermons that air on Local Public Access through Cox Communications. Please check the following site to see when will show in your area:

We also broadcast in-studio sessions of “The Invitation”, a 30-minute show with Pastor Kevin Plaisted with messages covering many unique topics from the Bible and how we can apply them to our current everyday lives. Check the link above for listings in your area.

We are so thankful to be a part of this ministry and encourage all who have an interest to help in any capacity they can.

Nursing Home

We take part in this wonderful ministry as often as possible through visiting those in need and singing God’s praises. The first Sabbath of every month, we always sing at Brittany Farms Health Center in New Britain, CT. The second Sabbath of every month, we sing at the Jefferson House in Newington, CT. The third Sabbath of every month, we sing at Ellis Manor in Hartford.
We start at 2:30 PM each Sabbath. We encourage you to join us in this blessing!

Women’s Ministry
